Terms of Service

 

1. Services Provided

• Nephilim Computer Co. offers computer software and hardware maintenance services. We provide advice and services based on the information available from the customer and computer's condition at the time of service.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for backing up all important files prior to service. While we take precautions in backing up your data before service, Nephilim Computer is not responsible for data loss.
• Customers must provide accurate information about the computer, its history, and any existing issues or recent changes.

3. Payments

• Full payment is required upon completion of services; if payment is not received, Nephilim Computer reserves the right to retain possession of the machine until full payment is made. Your device will remain safe with us, but cannot be returned until payment is completed.
• As for the time being, cash is our primary accepted payment method. Although, digital payment via PayPal or Cash App is also available if needed.

4. Liability

• Nephilim Computer is not liable for damage caused by pre-existing hardware failure, malware, or unknown software conflicts.
• Services are provided "as is" and while we aim to ensure proper operation, we cannot guarantee performance or compatibility with all software.

5. Warranty

• Limited warranty on services: any issues directly caused by our work will be corrected at no extra charge within 7 days of service completion. Hardware defects, software conflicts, or user modifications are not covered.

6. Appointments & Scheduling

• Services are performed by appointment only. Customers must confirm scheduled times and give accurate contact information.
• Nephilim Computer reserves the right to reschedule appointments with notice.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds may be issued at our discretion.
• Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible to allow rescheduling.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

9. Acceptance

• By submitting a service request or providing your computer for service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
